I used to feel insecure about my squishy bits in a bikini – then remembered I'm gorgeous no matter how many rolls I have | The Sun

A BODY-POSITIVE woman has been waving the flag for belly rolls.

The days when she used to feel insecure about her squishy bits in a bikini are long gone.

She felt tummy curves only added to her appeal and she felt gorgeous.

Brooke Paintain (@brookepaintain), who has 596,000 followers, wore a bright blue bikini in her video.

It matched the color of the swimming pool, that formed the backdrop to her post.

“Feeling insecure because of my squishy body," she said, affecting mock despair.

It may have been how she felt once upon a time, but not anymore.

Demonstrating her new-found self-belief, she strode along the edge of the pool, flicking away her long blond hair.

“My squishy bits are so cute and cuddly," she said.

Brooke had a message for other women feeling self-conscious about their body shapes.
